If you've landed here, I know two things about you: First, you cook, and second, you are computer literate.
So . . . . How much water do you put in Oatmeal ?
First: Use as much water as you want to eat.
Second: Use an water to oatmeal ratio or proportion of 1 to 2.
That proportion of 2:1 works for rolled oats. For steel cut oats, the ratio is 4:1 -- 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup of steel cut oats.
